• Service activity, such as when a submission link is opened, submission progress, and photo review or retake status.

How we use information

We use information to manage fighter participation, photo submissions, contracts and documents, tickets, scheduling, event logistics, fight-week communications, support, and SMS communications. Photos may be used for event promotion in accordance with the authorization provided when they are submitted.

Service providers and protection

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
